Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. This is one of a series of 32 images. Each image consists of a large number of curves drawn across and down the image. The curves and their colors vary by limited random amounts, and the background color is completely random.
As with all my artwork, this image was created by running a computer program written by myself.
